I was reading through an adventure earlier this week in the Quarantine Resources, and now it is not there any longer. Have some of the content started to be removed?
The adventure was a romp through caves and an underground forge. I particularly liked the maps and was planning to use them to run an adventure this weekend.
That sounds like The Forge of Fury, an adventure from Tales from the Yawning Portal - it was available for free for 30 days. That period ended a couple of days ago.

Yeah some of the resources are only available for a limited time.
