I noticed that some spells that are rituals don’t have the ritual tag in the spell description. Unseen Servant and Tensers Floating disk are examples of this. I haven’t gone through all the spells but at least half of the level 1 wizard ritual spells aren’t properly marked
all of the spells on D&D Beyond have the correct data attached to them, including whether they are ritual spells, or concentration spells.
If there is something that you're expecting to see and you aren't seeing it, please let us know what it is, and exactly where (a screenshot is really handy).
I think what the guy is trying to say is when you go add a spell some have a little r or c in a black square next to them and some that should (ie identify and find familiar) don't have the little icon. I added identify and find familiar and lo and behold the little icon appeared in the add list after that. It must be a bug as a lot of the concentration spells in 1st and 2nd level have their little icon next to them but the rituals don't (until you add it to your spell book)

Yeah, this is a problem for wizards in the character builder, but not for spell descriptions on the spell page. There are other bug threads for that.

I've just had a look and ritual isn't a spell tag that appears in the description:
However when you filter by 'Ritual: Yes', spells such as floating disk do appear:

There are no level 4 rituals as of this post.
I believe the point Davedamon was making is that there is no Ritual tag.
Just as there is no Concentration tag.
202/460 spells require concentration.
No, I'm not going to list them.
As Davedamon mentioned,

Ritual and Concentration are not tags, they are rules.
I think all those trees may be obscuring the forest.
