Are there people going through and tallying similar feedback across the various threads to see what's important to users?
Or is it a more internally driven Product Manager type of process. I vaguely recall seeing somewhere that BadEye is the Product Owner (Scrum term), but might be mis-remembering.
To rephrase, I would like to understand the process for deciding what features get worked on next. Who (or what process) is ordering the product backlog (assuming such a tool is being used)?
Which leads into my last question. Is there a method for users to weigh in on what is most important to them (aside from the focused feedback threads)?
Staff keeps a pulse on the forums as well as other media sources to determine what should be worked on.
The best place for someone to express their opinions is on the forums, but there's also twitter, facebook, DDB support, and of course peer (face-to-face) recommendation.
