I am looking to go through the Waterdeep: Dragon Heist Adventure, but in setting things up I have a big problem. At the beginning is a brawl, the stats for the 5 bandits aren't a problem, but there are no stats I can find for Yagra Strongfist. What is her AC, what weapons does she have, what is her to-hit modifier? The text says to reference Appendix C, but all that has is a picture of her.
Is there anywhere which has combat stats for the common NPCs?
Thanks!! I'm not good at studying and remembering if I haven't had experience with the subject. Thanks Filcat for showing where ALL the stats stuff is located for the familiar faces of the Yawning Portal. You just saved me so much work!! Sure would be nice if the book sent you to the Chapter 1 location instead of appendix C where it doesn't tell you more than the name, a quip, and a face.
