Why isn’t there a digital version of the map for Icewind Dale? Seems a strange omission.
There is. It is at the end of the "book" on dndbeyond.
It's linked on the table of contents.

Yes, I’ve checked and it’s on main site, but not on the app - which is where I was loooking. I probably won’t need it on my phone, so no worries I suppose.
If you go to chapter 2: places of interest, you can find the map there (which is the same location it appears in the book)
