How has this site been around for so long and yet has no way to view your purchased books? Why must I sift through the mountain of titles offered by the site to find the like 5 I just bought EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Instant regret buying the digital copies this one time.....never again.
I agree it is less than ideal from a user perspective.
Unfortunately this site seems very "cobbled together" and is not laid out, and does not function, as if it was designed ahead of time and planned out carefully. I suspect they only planned to do limited things with it and then as it grew, they got more ideas and they have been duct-taping them onto the existing code rather than doing a page 1 rewrite. And by now it's probably too late to do the page-1 rewrite.

WOTC lies. We know that WOTC lies. WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. We know that WOTC knows that we know that WOTC lies. And still they lie.
Because of the above (a paraphrase from Orwell) I no longer post to the forums -- PM me if you need help or anything.
I don't know, they have my character section, my homebrew section, all of our stuff in nice easily viewable tabs EXCEPT the 1 thing we actually pay for.....

It's been around this long because most people don't have the memory of a fish and can remember what they bought - so they just hover over Sources and click the book to view it. The main ones are put right there (PHB, Basic Rules, Sage Advice, DMG, MM etc). The rest are alphabetical. I have an actual memory problem yet can still get to the book I want in 2 seconds. I have an 8 year old niece who can do the same thing. If you have such a problem with your memory and ability to find the title in a short alphabetised list then I highly recommend seeing a doctor. Not even joking, that's actually a bad sign. If my memory, that is impaired by a medical condition, is better than yours - you have a serious problem.
Tips:
If you struggle to remember you can remind yourself by going to My Account, clicking Marketplace and scrolling to bottom for Product Licenses which shows what you've unlocked. If you struggle remembering often, consider bookmarking the page in your browser.
You can also just use the app to download for offline use whatever book you purchased. The downloaded ones will be shown by an icon that they have, for easy visual reference.

Dude, its called e-commerce. What they are doing is making it very apparent to you what content you don't own. So when you click on it, you get a little ad telling you what's in that book and what you are missing. And no, the e-commerce manager is NOT going to remove that or give you a filter view. They most likely get a decent amounts of sales from the free advertising. Be thankful their e-commerce manager hasn't gotten the bring idea to put a big flashing red icon over the books you haven't bought yet to try to upsell more to you.
Your reply is useless, in my case i got apparently 5 books from a starter edition from think geek but have no idea what was included with the code. Spent 26$ for a whole lot of nothing, don't defend garbage site just cause you "deal with it" that's just a sign of ignorance.
Edit: Forgot to mention that the my account page just lists the bundle and not what is in it.
If that was indeed the case then the mobile app wouldn't have the feature as well but guess what after some googling i found out the mobile app has way more functionality than their site. Laziness 100%.

I'm going to assume you mean the Essentials Kit because the Starter Set cannot be unlocked on here. The Essentials Kit contained the Basic Rules, a code for 50% off PHB, and 4 adventures: you can find the details in the Marketplace here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/bundles/essentials-kit-bundle
D&D Beyond cannot be blamed if the ThinkGeek didn't list the contents properly.

Correction: it has the one feature you want. It otherwise doesn't have "more" functionality. Unlike the app the site offers encounter builder, digital dice, combat tracker, character builder, and homebrew tools to make custom races, subraces, race variants, magic items, backgrounds, subclasses, monsters, spells and feats.

Assuming you're referring to the Essentials Kit (which is the only widely available product with a code), that gives you access to the adventure Dragon of Icespire Peak, plus it's three follow up adventures; Storm Lords Wrath, Sleeping Dragon's Wake and Divine Contention, as stated on the code card. The adventures can be found here:

As for this, I can assure you it's not laziness, but a difference in architecture and design. The site and compendium apps work in fundamentally different ways allowing them to do different things. The app has an option to show only installed content because limited local storage on mobile devices is a consideration, as is minimising data usage. However, the site doesn't operate under the same constraint and as such, there is no option to hide sources because you have all sources available without it consuming local storage or data limits.
Point still stands, garbage site is garbage but at least I can find my books on mobile app. Just wanted to be able to quickly reference books on pc.
I'm sorry you're disappointed with your experience of the site. I would recommend possibly making a bookmark that takes you directly to the book(s) you own as a potential interim solution. We're always looking to improve the user experience when using this site, while also trying to balance things like site load times (pulling custom menu parameters can slow down site load as it queries user entitlements) and, as others have pointed out, surfacing content that can be purchased so if a user is looking for an option they don't own, it's transparent why they don't have access to it and how they can get access to it.
And I guess the site can't know what language it's displaying to us either, so that's why we keep seeing "Manuale del Giocatore" in our menus even though we are reading the rest of the site in English?
I'm sorry but you can appeal to site load times all you want -- you shouldn't be displaying non-English versions of the books to users who are reading the entire rest of the site in English. If your programmers can't figure out how to detect what language the user is having displayed for the text of your site, then something is very, very wrong.
And before you say "it's just one book" -- what happens when the the PHB is translated into yet another language? Or the other books are translated? Just how big does this menu have to get before you try to finally improve the user experience?
I don't agree with the OP's approach to making this complaint, but I do agree with the complaint. Having the site show me everything, all the time, "just in case" I might want to buy it, is frustrating in the extreme and reduces the site's utility for me.

The Italian Player's Handbook is part of the localisation testing and feedback process. Because looking into the update for localised books themselves is still in the information gathering phase, no ancillary work has been done how those localised options should be displayed. It would be inefficiency use of developer time to work on a system to dynamically update the link structure of the mega menu based on language preference for a single localised option that is in beta that may not ever get implemented, at least in its current form. It's not a matter of the developers 'not being capable', but simply it not being an appropriate use of finite development time at this stage.
Once it's clear if it's going to be more than just one test book, then it'll be a case of looking into long term solutions. Much like UA implementation, it's important to establish if something is going to be a permanent feature before committing resources to it assuming it will.
DDB is always working to improve user experiences and the megamenu is one of those areas. However, each users need is different and thus it can be difficult to find a robust solution that pleases everyone. Hiding unpurchased books in the megamenu, ignoring the impact on load times due to querying full user entitlements and also handling if a user is not logged in, may work well for those users who are aware of what they own, what they don't and what's available. But for a new user, it may be confusing if they come looking for an adventure and can't find it, they may be mislead into thinking it's not offered by DDB.
Ultimately, the goal is to find a balance between the ideal power-user experience, and surfacing relevant information for newer users, a balance that can be very elusive.

It is a complete pain in the arse. Out of the box the mobile app is a lot better experience for me than the website is.
However if you use a Chromium based browser you can bookmark the top level page each source you own (once you've used Davedamon's list to work out exactly what it is you own), throw them in a bookmark folder and open the whole lot in one fell swoop. It's not ideal but it saves leafing through sources you haven't bought or ones written in some alien tongue. You may be able to do something similar in other browsers but as I don't use them I can't help much there!
