Is there a way to purchase just the bonus character sheet customization on here?
I have no desire to purchase the book as i only buy physical copies but would like some of those things without purchasing the book twice
I don't think there is. If you go to the book in the Marketplace and scroll down you'll be able to see what you can buy. Normally it's the class/subclass options and magic items.

I feel like the class variant options should be purchasable separately, like subclasses and spells.
