Is there a way to filter what content is available within a campaign?
As an example, one of the campaigns I am currently in (homebrew) is a very stagnant world - there has been little change for over a thousand years. We now have three groups wandering around the world changing things on a global scale (which is REALLY annoying some of the gods) - however as it stands there is no way any of the content from XGtE would be able to exist. One of the other (mini) campaigns I am in is set 500 years in the future of this world, where it is still dealing with the repercussions of the changes the 3 groups have made.
So for the the campaign, we would need a toggle to disable XGtE as the content therein hasn't been discovered yet, however in the mini campaigns, change has been re-introduced to the world and new archetypes/spells have evolved, so the content could be enabled.
It will be at some point though - it is planned to implement a more granular permissions solution for campaigns, allowing the campaign owner to define which source books are allowed and whether players can see them or not.

How to add Tooltips
No, this is not currently available.
