I'm not sure if you guys noticed but I was making a Yuan-ti Pureblood Aberrant Mind Sorcerer and when I went to take the spells/see if the psionic spells were there I didn't get access to them. Please fix that you guys, this subclass came out the same time as Lurker in the Deep and that one looks perfect. As well please include the Class Variant UA, I know you guys are busy but I also know plenty of people who want to be able to use those feature variants.
Concerning the Psionic Spells from the Aberrant Mind Sorcerer subclass, they seem to work fine on my end.
Psionic Spells
1st-level Aberrant Mind feature
Starting at 1st level, your aberrant nature changes your mind in subtle but profound ways. You learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Psionic Spells table. The spell counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of sorcerer spells you know. These spells can’t be replaced when you gain a level in this class.
I created a 10th level Abberant Mind Sorcerer, and I had access to all the spells. These spells can't be replaced and aren't on the spell list to choose from if that's what you're asking. Please let me know if I'm not understanding you correctly, but from what I can tell it seems to be set up correctly and doesn't need fixing.
For the Class Variant UA, they've gone on record a few times now stating that its harder to set up and that they'd rather take the time now and set it up properly to ensure they don't have problems down the road if WotC decides to continue to produce variant options this way. There is no ETA on when the Variant Feature UA will be released but it is currently in active development so I suggest keeping an eye on the Dev Updates that come out every Thursday, that would be the source of the most up to date information concerning the changes and updates coming to DnDbeyond.
I'm able to add the UA psionic spells just fine; as a first level Aberrant Mind Sorcerer, you would only have access to Mind Sliver and Id Insinuation, both of which were present for me.
At high levels I was able to add all the correct spells too.
As for class variant content, they are still working on that but you've got to bear in mind that it'll affect every character made, not just new ones (as it changes features for all classes). That's several million characters that they need to make sure they don't break.
There's nothing to fix on Aberrant Mind Sorcerer as far as I can see. All of the spells are there and work correctly.
Quite a few of those bonus spells are from the player's handbook though, so won't appear unless you have access to that on D&D Beyond.
...I was actually thinking there was a different issue at first, but I just noticed that none of the spells in the Psionic Spells list from the subclass are associated with the Aberrant Mind (UA) sorcerer subclass, judging just from the list of classes at the bottom of each spell listing next to "Available To:". I noticed that some of those spells are associated with the Oath of Heroism UA for paladins or the Lurker in the Deep UA for warlocks, so it's not something related to UAs in general - just this one.
I haven't actually tested this on a character (since I'm at the 6-character limit for non-subscription users), but can you confirm that there isn't some issue causing them to not be added to the subclass's spell list on our end?
Or is it just a display issue on those spell listings, related to the fact that no other sorcerer subclass has added additional non-sorcerer spells to the sorcerer's spell list (other than Divine Soul, which simply expands the sorcerer list to include the whole cleric list as well)?

To quote my earlier comment, my understanding of the Psionic Spells feature is that none of the spells are valid choices for selection upon leveling up. All of the spells are added directly to your known spells list (while also not counting against your spells known) and cannot be replaced upon level up like other sorcerer spells. This to me would be why they didn't add the spells to the Abberant Mind sorcerer's spell list.

I didn't go all the way to the character sheet where the spells actually show up instead of the list of spells known where you pick your spells. It's weird to be honest but that's my mistake for not thinking about finishing the character. I still want to see the UA Class Variant eventually and a solution to the bag of holding issue.

Both are being worked on/planned! UA Class Feature Variants is mentioned in the last few dev updates as in active development, and I believe the latest one mentions hoping to get inventory management enhancements in the near future.
Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a divination or an enchantment spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list.

How do I do this in Beyond20?
Beyond20 is a third party extension that is not supported by D&D Beyond. You would need to contact the developer of the extension for support.
So no way to do it at the moment? A real shame, we are going to start a campaign in a couple of weeks, would be very helpful. Thank you for the reply, anyway.

You can make a homebrew copy of aberrant mind and change the granted spells into pickable lists as a work around.

That makes sense! Thanks.
So there's nothing wrong and they're already working on it.

I hope so, because god seeing the Encumbered status on my Kobold is kinda annoying.

Apologies. I meant to ask "How do I do this in DnDBeyound?", naturally.
The question still stays.
It is likely that the function isn't available yet. They are working on a tool for this and should come out this quarter.
