I'm a freelance digital illustrator but probably about 80% of my work is painting player characters for D&D, which I have so much fun doing. I wanted to share on here some of the work I've done!
This is Rah'vyena, one of my own characters. She's a half-elf warlock.
This is Draz, a half-orc barbarian. Commission.
This is a dragon girl. Commission. Not sure what her class is, the client never said.
This is a gnome wizard. Commissions
This is a tabaxi druid named Bells and an aarakocra named Ikki. The story behind this commission is super sweet and sad. Bells always loved to give hugs, but Ikki never accepted them. Then during one encounter, Bells was killed. The player of Ikki commissioned this piece as a sort of closure to make up for all the times that his character turned down Bells hugs.
This is Honour, a warforged paladin. Commission.
Freye, a shadow sorceress. Commission.
And of course, an fanart of Fjord from Critical Role.
I have more, of course, but I didn't want to overwhelm the post. I hope you like my work! You can check out more on my Instagram page @offbeatworlds.
Amarath - Half-Drow princess, have Scanlan Shorthalt (she's a fan-made character commission)
Order of the Gauntlet - one of my DnD groups. My character is the half-elf on the top left. And yes, that is an actual care bear.
Inley - Level 20 paladin commission
Nalari - my rogue/monk character. She appeared in a one-shot related to our main campaign, and was a guest in another campaign that takes place in the same world.
Asta - drow bloodhunter commission
Elara - a really cool earth genasi fighter/cleric commission. This one was really fun to work on.
Fan art of Farriwen Breeze, air genasi monk voiced by Laura Bailey for a Critical Role one-shot.
Mirah, a half-elf bloodhunter (Order of the Lycan) commission
Liliana, an eladrin bard commission
Yve, a half-elf gloomstalker commission
Fanart of Reani, a guest character on Critical Role voice by Mica Burton.
A duo commission!
And this last one isn't a D&D character, just a personal OC, but I thought I'd share. Her name is Faracy, she belongs to a space fantasy I've been writing.
Stumbled upon this thread looking for a different one and holy WOW is your art amazing! And I'm totally commenting just so I can get notifications whenever you post more, which hopefully you will. Fantastic work!
Gorgeous work. :D I've tried my hand at using Photoshop to color some of my own art, but it's definitely a work in progress. Love that we can combine our love of illustration with D&D or any tabletop rpg. Really cool that you've done pics of some favorite characters from Crit Role too.
I am new to the forums here, and wow I am grateful to have stumbled into this thread. Your work is INCREDIBLE and beautiful, I love it so much! I gave you a follow on the gram too. I think if I had to choose, I like Mirah, the half-elf bloodhunter (Order of the Lycan) the most. Thank you for sharing, I am so looking forward to seeing more.

Just a heads-up, that your website link is wrong, it's missing the 'L' in "offbeatworlds".

Oh my, these are probably needing to be made into an actual book... These are some of the best illustrations I have ever seen.
