I pre-ordered Candlekeep mysteries during the Valentine's Day sale but I still don't seem to be able to access the researchers dice set. Over the last few weeks I've sync'd my account, signed in and out, refreshed the page, etc. with no change. Is anyone else having the same issue? I'm pretty sure that they should be available to me by now, right?
I mean it states when you'll get them right on the page:
Pre-order Candlekeep Mysteries on D&D Beyond to unlock a set of Candlekeep-inspired digital dice and other character sheet cosmetic bonuses that will be added when the book is live
The way that blurb is worded states that the dice are received first and the other bonuses come at launch.
Normally when the pre-orders are live they launch the dice well before release, and the frames and backgrounds show up at launch. In fact, the last two dev update streams have mentioned that the dice are live and available to those who have pre-ordered.
Let me know if you're still running into this issue if it states your entitlements are in sync and you do NOT see the dice under My Dice (https://www.dndbeyond.com/my-dice)
The entitlements were already in sync when I followed the link but I checked My Dice anyways and they were suddenly there! Perhaps I was wrong and the dice only went live today? Either way, thanks for the help!
