Hi, can some extra text please be added to the Incapacitated condition on the character sheet? At present this just says:
An incapacitated creature can't take actions or reactions.
This is a lift from the PHB condition description in Appendix A of the PHB. However it would be very helpful if it also mentioned that incapacitated also ends grappling for the grappler (see Appendix A in PHB - "The condition ends if if the grappler is incapacitated"), and that incapacitated also ends concentration spells (see spell Duration on p.203 in PHB - "You lose concentration on a spell if you are incapacitated...").
We are not talking here about changing the text of the PHB, only the info on the character sheet. The conditions section on the character sheet has no links at all (as you suggest - or at least certainly my display of the character sheet shows no such links in the conditions section). Surely the info in the conditions section is there to increase ease of play - I don't want to be searching through the PHB for what impacts a condition may or may not have simply because it has been omitted from the character sheet. Nor do I want to - nor should I have to - check under the other condition headings on the character sheet on the off-chance one of them is actually relevant. That would slow down play a lot and reduce any fun in gaming. ALL the relevant information should be easily accessible in one spot, especially for those who do not know all the rules off by heart. Also, I do not know why you think I am asking WotC to make changes to their published material when it was pretty clear I was only asking D&D Beyond to change some of the formatting on the character sheet that they designed.
