I've been adding a lot more homebrew items to my campaign and I enter a lot at one time and then try to add them to one of my character sheets to make sure the items work as I intend them to and are accessible. Some of them just don't show up when I search to add them to a character's inventory while others do. It seems to be completely random which ones do and don't show up. I could make a dagger, make a sword a minute later, and then a shield all in succession but the sword will be the only one I can't access. Everything looks fine when I check via my homebrew creations page but they won't show up on any of my character sheets. I've tried deleting and re-creating the items and it doesn't fix my problem. Some of these items I've been waiting on for months and they STILL aren't showing up. It makes no sense and is very frustrating. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening / is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I wish that was the case but there are items I've made and re-made that I still can't add to characters months later. It's definitely not an issue of waiting an hour or so. 

I've been having this issue tonight also with some homebrew feats I've been editing for my players.  Out of frustration, I'm going to step away for an hour or so and see if it's the caching issue mentioned above. 

When you're looking at your list of My Homebrew Creations, scroll down to one of the problematic items and click the + to view the whole item description. At the very bottom, there will be a button that says either "+ Add To Collection" or "- Remove From Collection". If the button says "+ Add to Collection", meaning it's not in your collection at the moment, you won't be able to find the homebrew in the "Manage Equipment" search when editing a character sheet.

I've double checked and all of my items are in my collection but still not showing up on character sheets.
