I have a player whose character sheet shows all of her equipment and weapons and such show up perfectly fine on their end. But when I go into "My Campaigns" and view their character sheet, it's missing all that information. I can see their proficiencies, languages, and skills, but they don't have any equipment.
I even made sure with them and they provided me screenshots showing all of their equipment shows up for them.

ModeratorDo you run any browser extensions, especially an ad blocker or anything that changes the website? If you do try disabling them.

I tried disabling all my extensions and refreshing the page and it still didn't work. Any other ideas?

ModeratorThe next thing to try is to see if a VPN or security software is causing the issue. Kaspersky is known to do so, as have a few others on occasion.
