LOVE the D&D Beyond Initiative tracker for encounters.... had it crash multiple times during a game which was the first time I have ever seen this. Erased all the rolls and we had to do them all again...this happened 3x during the encounter so had to switch to old fasioned paper and pencil method.
Unsure if anyone else had this happen or if the D&D Beyond team knows about it.
This is the first time I've heard of that happening. Are you running any extensions that could interfere with the site, especially ad blockers? If so try disabling your extensions and see if it recurs.

DANG! Well, I guess I'm back to the ole Excel spreadsheet.
I need that extension for the game. Works so good on all the D&D Beyond monsters and my NPC's.
