I have created a warlock subclass but it doesn't let me publish it because it is too similar to Circle of Spores, which is a subclass for druids. It happened to me also with all subclasses I created.
This happens apparently. Make sure to put "enough" in the Description field in Basic Information (I don't know how much is "enough", just that it's the usual advice, at least a few sentences?) and be sure to click Save Changes on the main edit page of your homebrew.

Try clicking the Save button from the main section of the homebrew subclass. Sometimes that will force a re-check and allow it to be published. And don't forget, you don't need to actually publish if the homebrew is for your personal use! Or if you're in a campaign with content sharing on, everyone else in your campaign will be able to access the homebrew as long as it's in your collection.

The lack of a description - or too short of a description - usually gives the error that the homebrew isn't in the English language. The "too similar to Circle of Spores" is usually given because the homebrew hasn't been saved as a whole from the main page of the homebrew.

Also this. You really shouldn't be publishing until the homebrew is in its completed state because you will not be able to edit it once it has been published. You'll be able to make new versions but the old ones will stick around - you also cannot remove published homebrew. If it's just for use in a campaign - it will be automatically shared with the campaign anyway.
I am getting a similar issue with my homebrew subclass. I keep receiving the following error when I try to publish:
This Subrace cannot be shared with the community for the following reasons:
Platinum Dragonborn is currently too similar to COPY_OF_Water Genasi to share with the community.
Remember, private homebrew is automatically shared with other users in your campaigns and does not need to be shared with the community for players to access.
I tried resetting per the suggestion above with no fix. The subclass is a Metallic Dragonborn Variant based on the new UA.
Firstly, don't publish something unless you've playtested it and made sure it reads & works as intended. Secondly, publishing something based on UA is likely to be deleted from publication once discovered.

I intend to keep testing it prior to publishing, but that doesn't change the bug I'm recieiving.....
