I created a couple of homebrew swords for my campaign, one of them works fine but the other a +3 sword with an additional reach property doesn't seem to be applying the bonuses to the example character sheet.
I based it off a +3 standard longsword and just added flavour and the reach modifier in addition. It is equipped and attuned, and I have proficiency in longswords.
I took a look at your character sheet and item. There are a few things to note:
This character has a 9 (-1) for Strength. Due to longswords not being finesse weapons, Strength is used for the attack and damage rolls. As such, the attack roll would be calculated as: -1 (STR) + 3 (Proficiency) + 3 (Longsword Bonus) = +5 to hit. The damage would be calculated as: -1 (Strength) + 3 (Longsword Bonus) = +2 for damage. Both of these numbers are being correctly reflected on the character sheet.
The reason why Shadowflash appears with the numbers you expect is because you gave that item the finesse property - so instead of calculating the -1 from Strength, it's applying the +2 from Dexterity instead.

Hope that helps clarify things!
