I paid for the Curse of Strahd module, but it's still takes me the 'add to cart' purchase screen when I try to look at the contents. Every other sourcebook and adventure module I've purchased has been available immediately.
I think the first step is to go check that your Account Entitlements are in sync (and, further down the page, check that Curse of Strahd appears under your Current Product Licenses). Also, if you've just purchased the module, it may also take a few minutes to appear. But if it still isn't available to view and everything else seems to be in order, then it might be time to open a support ticket.
Thank you for that first link. Apparently I had inadvertently tried out the new Gifting option, and the issue is now fully and satisfactorily resolved.
