I pre-ordered Ravenloft and when I went onto the site today it wasn't in my collection. There was no trace of the pre-order at all. Anyone else having similar problems or know how to solve this?
First, check on your Account page that your account entitlements are in sync.
Make sure that your preorder (date and amount) is visible under Order Transactions on that page.
Check whether VRGtR appears under Current Product Licenses, further down that same page.
If all of the above checks out, clear your browser cache.
If nothing appears still, log out and back in.
If you've completed all of the above steps and still see no indications of the content being made available to you, then it's time to submit a customer service ticket!
