I can't seem to add the ammunition weapon property to a homebrew weapon. This means I am unable to select it for my artificer infusion of repeating shot. Is this planned to be added or fixed soon?
You can't add infusions to magic items, and homebrew items are defined as magical.
If it wasn't intended to be magical, you can customize an existing "ammunition" weapon as much as you can to fit the bill, and the infusion will apply to it.

Here is a link to the weapon.

You can see it has the property but I can't apply the infusion.
Or it could be that you can't add the infusion to homebrew items?

Ah that is a good idea and worked perfectly. Only thing I can't change is the range but I can add that as a note.
Thanks!
