If you're not seeing your characters from your My Characters page, is it possible that you're not currently logged in? There was maintenance this past week, and I ended up logged out and had to log back in; same for many others.

One of the players in my campaign have been having this problem for about 2 weeks now. Neither she nor I can see anything other than the "locked" screens (generic info screens) when we go the Builder for that sheet. Occasionally it would initially load (the Class tab), and then refresh itself when we tried to do anything and lock us out. I ended up having to re-create the whole character for her. :(
This was not happening on any other character in my campaigns, only her. Just an FYI to add more data/context for the bug fixers.

It appears your friend has the help functionality enabled. If they clue the blue question mark by Home it should disable it and allow them to navigate normally. The blue arrows on either side of the page should work too.

I have a Human Wizard who has cast Mage Armor. After expiration of the 8 hour duration, the Mage Armor still shows as his Armor Class, If I reset it manually, the Mage Armor no longer takes effect.
The character sheet does not track temporary changes to stats such as Mage Armor, Bless, Rage, etc. The character sheet doesn't know when 8 hours of in-game time are up. When you click 'cast' on the Mage Armor spell, all that happens is that the spell slot is used. So there is nothing 'taking effect.' You can manually edit your armor class by clicking on the AC calculation and adding the appropriate bonus, and then removing it when appropriate, or by equipping a homebrew armor that functions like Mage Armor, but these are all things you would have had to have done yourself, the sheet as it is provided by DND Beyond does neither.
Anyone else having problems opening up their character sheets or even opening up the character builder? I can't get into either...
Are you using any extensions, especially ad-blockers? If so, please try disabling them as they may interfere with the website.

It seems the site works fine on my mobile browser just not on any laptop or desktop browsers
Do you run any VPN or security software on the laptops and desktops? Kaspersky is a prime candidate for example.

If you take the laptop onto a different network does the error still occur? Also, do you get an error code or does it fail to load entirely?
