So I have been using the encounter builder and tracker now for months and it's great and I love it. However I have unfortunately been having an issue now where I cannot use it. If I go to my collections and try to view my encounters I get a blank website, only the DnDBeyond banners and a little crash report button. This also happens if I try to set up a new encounter for any campaign. The only work-around I currently have is to build an encounter for stand-in players (A-Z) then run it immediately, saving the encounter causes another crash.
Any help on this would be amazing as this feature is one of the main reasons I use DnDbeyond and it will start having a major impact on my DMing if I can't resolve it.
Thanks for any help
(Note: I submitted 2 crash reports but haven't heard from the team yet)
I don't think any are incomplete. For instance my main campaign has run from level 1-7 and they have just levelled up. Could not finishing a level up have something to do with it? I is affecting all campaigns I am in/running though (as I share content with a few)
I had and old 1 shot and a test campaign I let my players use for testing builds where there were a few characters where that was the case. I have just deleted those but unfortunately still the same result, I cannot access my encounters.
Just wanted to put this here incase anyone is having a similar issue. The issue has now been resolved. For me it was fixed by giving my campaign a name, as it did not have one, instantly regained access to the encounters.
Fab work by dnd beyonds team. Solved in a matter of days and lovely customer service.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have a TPK to build ;)

Do any of your campaigns have a blank/empty name?

No they are all named and worked a week ago when we last played. I have tried 2 different browsers on 3 different devices to the same result.
What about any incomplete characters? Also it applies to those you are in, not just those you are running.

It would be a character without a race, class, or ability scores.

Okay, those are the causes I've seen recently. Easiest to check for known things first. Does this happen on multiple devices and browsers?

Yes. I have tried a laptop, PC and phone and 2 browsers (chrome and edge)
Do you run any extensions in your browsers? If so try disabling them. Also VPNs and security software (Kaspersky is known to interfere).

Unfortunately this hasn't worked
I think the best thing to do is open a ticket with customer service then. https://dndbeyond.link/SubmitTicket
