Can't make custom items have fractional weight and value

An item in the equipment menu can weight .1 pounds, or be worth .1 gold, however you can only create _custom_ items in increments of 1, which is a bit of a bother.

Although this is minor I still think it should be fixed, eventually, probably.

This is a known limitation of the weight field
