I purchased the Sourcebook bundle. I can read the whole sourcebook for Wildemount including the Echo Knight subclass but it does not show up in the list when editing the Class for my character "Gibble".
I have turned on all sources including Critical Role and Homebrew.
My character has been assigned 3 levels in Fighter and has the selection for subclass available.
The CR-Gunfighter subclass shows so I know that the Critical Role content seems to be working.
I've tried removing everything, then adding back just CR sources, then logging out and also waiting 20 minutes before logging back in.
In fact, I've tried numerous experiments with logging out and then back in after waiting 20 minutes.
Oops, sorry I forgot to mention that I checked that as well. This is the message I have there. (thanks for the quick reply)

Hrmm... maybe try "refreshing" the character by bumping them up 1 level and then back down. That can help sometimes when a change has been made, either from a new purchase or a homebrew subclass/feat.

Thanks Narhoodie. It didn't work. I went up one level, then another. Then I logged out and in again. double checked that all my content was "turned on". I really don't know what this could be. I suppose I need to open a ticket for support or something at this point.
I was able to verify that the Sourcebook bundle does show as purchased on the entitlements page

Dumb question, but did you just now buy the sourcebook bundle, or did you buy it a million years ago, before EGtW came out? If you bought it before the book came out, then it wasn't part of the bundle when you bought it, and you might be reading the sourcebook via content sharing. Gunslinger is free, try another subclass that comes from EGtW, like one of the wizard subclasses. Just to test.
Yeah, I suppose that's possible. It looks like I purchased the bundle around the same time that Wildemont came out. However, I only have one other person sharing content and I cannot see these options on that campaign either. I do see the Gunslinger on my account but not any of the others from Wildemont (I checked a wizard).
I suppose the main disconnect for me is that I can read the whole sourcebook no problem. So doesn't that mean I either own it or it's being shared to me? And if so, I should be able to use the options somehow, either with my content or the content being shared with me.
I went to the purchase page where it shows my initial purchase. There is a link there to "View". When I click the view link for my source bundle, I get a Server Error and a prompt to contact support for resolution.
edit: I would think that it would be much easier to see a clear list of the exact sourcebooks that I own versus ones that I have access to because of sharing. Maybe that's what the "view" link is supposed to do but is broken?
If you're part of a different campaign where someone is sharing Wildemount, then you're able to read the sourcebook, but wouldn't be able to use the source character options except in that campaign. It's also possible that someone might be sharing the book but had only bought access to the compendium instead of the full digital tools.

Hmm. I suppose it is the latter. At least, that theory does fit all of the data that I've managed to collect. As you said, I can read the source but cannot use the tools in any of my campaigns. Oh well...I really really wanted to play with the Echo Knight. My only hope* now is that strange server error that I get when I try to view the details of my purchased bundle. Perhaps there is still some joy to be found if that turns out to be the issue. Otherwise, I think Occam's Razor tells me that you've figured it out, hehe.
Thanks! I'll try to add any followup that I get from the support tickets in case it's of some use to others in the same situation,
Cheers all!
* well, not my "only hope". I can still put out the money to purchase it if it indeed isn't a part of my bundle so really it's a "first world problem" so to speak, hehe.
Wildemount was announced for preorder 1/13/20, and released 3/17/20. Books on pre-order aren't part of the bundle yet, so if you can see your purchase date for the bundle, if it was before 3/17/20 then you bought the bundle without EGtW, and the compendium is being shared with you.
I purchased the individual echo knight and its not showing up when I try to build my character. My group is starting at lvl three. Any help?
Do you have Critical Role content enabled?

If you provide the link to the character sheet (url not share link), someone with mod abilities might be able to check more directly.
Are you able to create a different new character and make them an Echo Knight? If not, then yeah, open a support ticket.

Yeah, I'm able not able to see the options even on a new character :-(
Thanks again for your suggestions, much appreciated!

Bummer
Time to pony up some more cash I suppose.
At least you can get just the Echo Knight ala carte if you'd rather not purchase the whole book.

Really? Cool, I'll check that out.
Thanks naruhoodie!
