One of my players is having trouble joining my campaign. She clicks on the link and it goes to the sign in page. When she clicks "sign in" it just goes loading. If it finishes loading its back to the sign in page, if not then she is stuck on the loading page.
I have two other players that have used the link successfully. I have tried using a new link but no success.

ModeratorMy first suggestion would be to have them copy and paste the link into a browser where they are already logged in.

ModeratorDoes she have a subscription? If not, does she already have six characters in a campaign?

She has a subscription and does not have other characters in campaigns.

ModeratorDo they have any extensions installed in the browser? If so try disabling them first.
