I was making a variant Relentless Juggernaut with a different weapon and slightly different abilities when after making the first save, it kicked back with the usual "cannot be shared" message, which was fine since I had no intention of doing so. But instead of being too similar to the Relentless Juggernaut like I expected, it was something called a "Tartyx Elemental"
Which to the best of my reckoning isn't a thing, and the link it gives leads to a 404.

With some research, I have a guess. Tartyx is like the river styx, in the Theros setting. My guess is it’s a modified stat block of a water elemental that is used for encounters in that area. DND beyond makes statblocks for monsters like that, that only exist because of modifications (see dust devil from the Blue Dragon’s regional effects). I don’t have the book, so I’m not sure, but that’s my guess.
