Hello! My wife lost access to her DDB account after getting logged out. She originally signed in with a hotmail.com address. How can we use that to sign in, or transfer to a gmail account? Her username is Pengi83
A note, the original way to access D&D Beyond was through Twitch. Google and Apple were added after, and there has never been any other option. Trying all three methods is recommended. If she still can't figure it out then please let me know the customer support ticket number here and I'll try to get it addressed faster.
