Unfortunately only if you haven't close the Backstory pane. Ctrl+Z (or your browser's "Undo") will undo any changes as long as the pane hasn't been closed, but after that point, it will be saved for good.

is there a way to undo text in the backstory editor cause i accedetly deleted everything by pasting something in it
If you're still in the backstory textbox - try CTRL+Z. But if you're not - no. Once it's saved - that's it - completely overwritten.
