Last year I signed up for a Master-tier subscription, and was just noticing that it's "Active Until: Jul 1, 2021". Do I need to do anything for it to continue? I don't want to deal with a lapse.

It should automatically renew for you, unless you have cancelled it at some point. If you have cancelled (and possibly forgotten you did that, it's been quite a year) you will simply need to renew it yourself.
