Good morning. I have a Master subscription, so that should allow players in my campaigns to access official content that I own. While they can access races other options, such as subclasses, backgrounds, feats, and items, are unavailable to them. I can go in to their characters and add these things for them, but they can't do it themselves.

A few things to check:

1. Are they all in a campaign with you?
2. If yes, have you enabled content sharing in that campaign?
3. If yes to that, are they making or editing a character within the campaign?

Players won't be able to access shared content if all the above aren't true
