I have encountered a bug in the manage party modal where I can no longer edit the number of characters. I can add characters but I can't edit the old number of characters at x level. For example I have an encounter that had 3 lvls 5 characters and I went to add two more characters and had to add 2 new rows to the interface to add those 2 characters.
