My sorcerer has the Draconic Bloodline, and her ancestry is Gold, the Elemental Affinity at lvl 6 is set to Fire, so so far so good.
Now when I roll the dice for fire spells, it doesn't add the Charisma bonus to the damage, is that just me, or is in this case the Dice roller still to be considered a work in progress?
This is another case of care needing to be taken when implementing this. In the Dev Update from when the Life Domain cleric's Disciple of Life feature was finally implemented, Jason Bush mentions other special bonuses being in the works, giving one example of the School of Evocation wizard's Empowered Evocation, which is functionally very similar to the Elemental Affinity feature of the Draconic Bloodline sorcerer. It sounds like this is all being worked on!
In the meantime, you can represent bonuses to spells of the appropriate damage type by customizing the spell to include your CHA modifier, like so:
You will have to remember to customize every fire-based spell, and change the bonus to each one as your CHA modifier changes. It's also important to remember that the wording of Elemental Affinity dictates that "when you cast a spell that deals damage of the type associated with your draconic ancestry, you can add your Charisma modifier to one damage roll of that spell"... This means that spells such as flame arrows, flame blade, or flaming sphere will not apply this bonus to every attack roll.

So with a casting of scorching ray it is also just one of the rolls? thank god the DM never realised this, or "houseruled" it to be all fire dmg that i cast, not comming from items

Correct. RAW, it's on only one of the damage rolls, not all three!
Edit: Or more, if upcast!
