According to the Sage Advice compendium (https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/sac/sage-advice-compendium#SA034), the Purity of Body feature of the monk class (https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/phb/classes#PurityofBody) should give a 10th level monk immunity to disease, poison damage as well as the poisoned condition.
Currently only immunity to disease and poison damage is automatically applied when selecting a 10th level monk.
The correct display under the Defenses section on the Character Sheet would be: (I) Disease, Poison, Poisoned
