I tried making a copy of the aasimar race. It didn't appear on the builder. I made copies of other races and they appeared. Now no new races appear on the builder but a couple of deleted copies keep showing up. 

It can take up to 20 minutes for new homebrew or changes in homebrew to propagate to character sheets, which could be why you didn't see the Aasimar copy in the builder. If it's been longer than that, try "waking up" the character by bumping them up a class level and then back down.

For the deleted copies, check your homebrew collection and see whether the deleted ones show up there when they shouldn't, and if so, click Remove From Collection so that they won't show up in the builder.

For homebrew races that should show up but aren't, check their entries in your homebrew creations and see if any of them have the Add To Collection button (meaning they aren't in your collection currently.) Add them to be able to use them in the builder.
