One of the PCs in my campaign has a spell list that has 2 cantrips and one spell that are from 'Magic Initiate (Bard)' but she is a Hexblood and at level 3 so has no feats. When I look through her build options, there is no option for selecting a feat so we can not figure out why one has been applied to her character.
The Human (variant) race can have a feat from the get go, or Feats can be added manually through the character sheet.
If you open the character sheet and go to Features & Traits, then Feats under that, there should be a Manage Feats option. That should open a sidebar with the list of feats, and should show where they originate from. If it was added manually you should be able to remove it from here.
If you still can't find anything, please paste the URL for the character here so someone can check it for you.
Feats can be applied directly from the character sheet -- be on the character sheet instead of the editor, go to the 'features & traits' tab, and go to the feats section. There should be a 'manage feats' text at the top of this section. Click on it to open the sidebar. Feats added via ASIs will say something like 'from [class name]' with no option to remove, but other feats will have an add button. If a feat was added in this way, the button then changes to 'remove.' So you should be able to either remove the extraneous feat, or see what is causing it to be applied.
