I am a recent join, and subscriber to the site sense I first heard and found out about it on Critical Role. I've made a few characters, got a subscription, but I'm now I'm looking to purchase the legacy bundle so I can have even more freedom use the books and their contents to my hearts content. My problem comes when trying to purchase the Legendary bundle using my debit card, after hand entering all the required fields at least a dozen times, entering all my information and checkout it says, "There is an error in the transaction."
I check my bank account, see I'm not charged, no flags for unusual purchases or attempts. I've not called my company yet, but nothing seems wrong. Is there some rule I missed somewhere about being new, and making large purchases? Is it just the site?
