Thanks for posting, here's what I can see:
Tools: Drum (from Chosen Servant)
Languages: Common and Draconic (from Kobold), Dwarvish (from Ranger), Elvish (from Chosen Servant)
Skills: Animal Handling, Survival, Perception (from Ranger), and Acrobatics, Athletics (no obvious source, maybe your background?)
What's actually missing from the custom background?
