Support required to get a homebrew item attached to a character

Allow homebrew is selected, but I'm unable to add this item to this character. Any assistance appreciated!

I can't view that item but here are a couple of things to check:

Is it in your Homebrew Collection?  If it is in your Creations but not the Collection then you cannot add it to a character.

When trying to add the item are any filters on?  It could be getting hidden by the filters so make sure all the check boxes are clear (proficient, common, magical, container).

edit:  I was having this issue, then made sure homebrew items was checked on the first page of character creation.
