I purchased Mythic Odyssey of Theros a bit ago but the content isn't in my character creation or anything like that. No races, feats, or anything like that
Make sure you have Magic: The Gathering Content enabled on the first page of the character builder (toggle should be red/right).
Also, check your marketplace to see if your Entitlements are synced and that you own the full package and not just the compendium content.
