Am I the only one who doesn't see perks for November?

Maybe it's because I'm a recent subscriber, but do the subscriber perks not come out at the beginning of each month? Is it normal for them to not be there a week in to the month? Has anyone gotten them for November?

It's fairly common for them to be delayed. August's wasn't available until the 19th.
