There is no login with apple id, only google and twitch.

It fails, for me at least, at the part when you're asked if you want to share your email or not. 

The problem still exists. I am not shown the option to log into the android app with an apple Id.

Same problem.. a year later.

I have now created two additional accounts on accident (google and twitch) trying to link and log into my account because my main account is logged into appleid so frustrating!

Is this issue ever going to be fixed?

I previously logged in on DnD Beyond with my Apple ID and then purchased content, so not being able to access it in the app was a bummer.

However, the app also allows you to use a Wizards of the Coast account now.

Log in to the website with your apple ID.

In https://www.dndbeyond.com/account link your wizards account to this one.

I also logged in to Wizards as well at https://myaccounts.wizards.com/ and linked my Apple ID there.

Finally after logging in to my Wizards account on my phone (in the browser), I opened the D&D Beyond app and clicked the option to login with a Wizards account.

After I logged into the app with my Wizards account  my purchased content shows up in the app now.

Nope does not work it insists its another account

A really dumb problem. Either get the option to log in using apple account or remove this possibility on the apple products. I am using bot mac windows pc iphone, ipad and a google app on a samsung tab. Its not ok!
