The Artificer (https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/Enyaj/characters/12521992) in my campaign is still using the UA version because that's what was current when the character was created. That's been fine so far, but a couple of weeks ago, we noticed that Cure Wounds was missing from her spell list. She always had this prepared in the past, but now it's gone. Upon further inspection, there are actually several spells missing:
Cure Wounds (1st level)
Magic Weapon (2nd level)
Glyph of Warding (3rd level)
Tiny Servant (3rd level)
Plus half of her Alchemist subclass bonus spells:
Purify Food and Drink (1st level)
Web (2nd level)
Create Food and Water (3rd level)
She does have the other half of her Alchemist bonus spells, including Stinking Cloud, which isn't on the bonus spell list for the new TCE Artificer, so it's not like it's just missing the data for the UA version of the class.
She's only 10th level, so I don't know what's missing at higher spell levels, but there might be more. I can't create a new, clean character to test, because I can't create a new UA Artificer anymore. Notably, a new Artificer from TCE seems to have all of its spells intact as far as I can tell.
I'm using content sharing from another player in the campaign who has bought basically everything; I've checked the content sharing page to make sure everything is enabled. Some of these spells, like Cure Wounds, though, are basic PHB spells. And they were definitely on the spell list in the past, they've only just recently disappeared, so I don't think it's related to content sharing.
There's been some updates to the character sheets over the past few weeks. It's possible that some archived UA classes got dinged in the process. I know that's happened before, and since DDB dropped support for UA, they wouldn't be checking those classes when testing changes.
But on the off-chance, can you post the url to the affected character sheet so someone can take a look?

I would try bumping her up a level and then back down again to see if that refreshes it in some way. If you're lucky they might reappear in the spells list. Otherwise you might have to homebrew a feat or similar to add the missing spells.

Here is a link to the UA Artificer pdf, so you can check which spells are missing: https://media.wizards.com/2019/dnd/downloads/UA-Artificer2-2019.pdf
