Maybe I'm confused, but when I access a campaign I'm DM'ing and click on Content Management, I see the following and I'm pretty sure I haven't purchased Tasha or Xanathar sourcebooks (I double checked on my order history). I noticed it because I was going to buy XGTE and weirdly I could access the whole sourcebook without buying it.
Is it some sort of bug, subtle gift or I'm just confused? 🥴
Oh, wait, so... if one player has book X and I'm the DM, the other players will get access book X too? That sounds great! Also, must that player has a Master Tier subscription as well?
Only one person in a campaign needs a master tier subscription for content sharing to be enabled. That person doesn't even have to be the DM. Content sharing will then share the content of all the people who have characters in that campaign.

That would be content owned by other people in the campaign. You as DM still get to control what's shared.
