I suspect this is in some way related to the free sample adventure that was available until recently on D&D Beyond, however I never claimed it, cannot view it, and (perhaps most importantly) cannot remove the apparent download. I recognise that there is no *functional* impact to this, but I rather prefer to be able to go down the list in “Downloaded” and see the books that I’ve chosen to download, as these are the books that I have deemed relevant.
I checked the App myself, and can see Tales from the Yawning Portal in my Downloads. If you Open Book, the individual adventures show there as available to download or not. See which of those is the one causing it to show up. (In my case, Yawning Portal shows up because it's being shared with me. Edit: when I leave the campaign that shared it, it no longer shows up under Owned.)
