Can I link D&D Beyond accounts

Apparently, I have two accounts, one of which was linked to my phone (on which I created some characters) and a second account that was linked to my computer (different email, obviously).  I made a couple purchases with the account on my computer (no characters)... how can I link the two accounts?

Put them into a campaign together, any characters in those campaigns can be made with any content from either account, given you have a master tier subscription.
