Yes, they have updated the app but its not bugged because of the app. The websocket server (gamelog) does not send the fulfilled rollmessages to the clients, it throws an internal server error message. It seems they dont care about it :(
Out of interest, IamWarhead, is there something similar with our accounts that may be causing some issues? E.g. I've had a name change on here via the name change request thread. That did cause an issue for me with my old username appearing on pdf exports which was remedied by a Dev at one point. Another thing might be how old the campaigns are? The one I'm having issues with is 15 months old. Perhaps I'm barking up the wrong tree completely but it's driving me mad!
I have a mixed bag. None of my desktop devices are successful at rolling the virtual dice, but my ipad is. My desktop devices can see the ipad's rolls reported to the game log. More as I can get things to work or definitively not.

Twiitter @JDSoOR Discord JDSoOR#5431 LFG: A Wildemount setting campaign? I already have characters in Greyhawk and Faerun :) But really, I'm not going to say no to anything fun...
Yep, same here pal. Love the tool, but for the first time, I'm considering dropping DDB and going back to paper and pencil. Things not working is just causing too much disruption in my sessions. We come together to play and have fun, not be a technical support group. :-(
And now it's working. While pleased it's now working of course, I'm concerned that it will happen again. We're not talking about momentary outages, but over two weeks down the first time and now over the entire weekend before it magically fixed itself with no explanation from anyone at DDB. Would love an explanation as to what's going on here if possible please.
If it seems to happen on weekends when more people are playing, could it be a server stress issue? Maybe they just don't have enough power to keep it going for the millions of people playing at the same time? (I am not saying this as a slam or anything, just voicing an honest question. Log updating or not, i'm still going to keep using dndb.)

That's our theory too, Spike. And same. Still going to keep using it, just wishing there was a resolution so its less frustrating.

Possibly, but more likely they don't know as its perhaps not affecting everyone and we're just the unlucky few having issues.
I don't know how else we can get our message to them other than here or Discord. I've stuck another message on Discord. Fingers crossed!

Nope, still borked :-(
Its getting more and more weird then :( some of my players reported the issue again. :(
We are also experiencing this.
A workaround are the old school Avrae commands for now. but we would like the convenience of the game log again.
Still broken.
With the new update for the combat tracker, my dice rolls are now working again.
My guess is that they've been playing/rolling out the new combat tracker over the last couple of weeks and now its out, its back working properly.
:-D
It seems its working for me too.
Stopped working again tonight - arrggh! Not working for the entire 4 hour session. Starting to get super frustrated with this now :(
Not working for my group as well. Have to leave the screen or reload the page to get an update.

Agreed. Getting frustrating that it happens nearly every weekend we play for the last 4-6 weeks now.
