Echo knight selection

I can't seem to select the echo knight option for the fighter class even though I have it open to me.. what's going on?

Have you made sure Critical Role content is on (red/right) from the Home section of the character builder?

Also - if it's being shared with you via content sharing - you'll need to make sure you're making the character within the campaign it's being shared through. Unless you own the content yourself - making it in your My Characters section won't work.
