I just equipped a Wand of Binding to my character, and it grants Hold Person but not Hold Monster. When attuned to it, the character has Hold Person listed under the spells tab, but not Hold Monster. I'd also expect to see both spells on the line under "Charges" in the description, but only Hold Person is listed.
Must be because the charges are assigned to hold person instead of hold monster, use the wand as if you have the spell, it might also be because that your under leveled that its not showing the spell. Deduct the Charges Manually for now. and have the spell hold monster in a different tab.
I compared this to a Staff of Power, which also grants multiple spells in a similar way, and that one works properly. Seems this bug is just on the Wand of Binding missing the Hold Monster spell and charges, rather than an issue with items that grant spells in general.
@nightmyst999: Do you use the DNDbeyond app by any chance? Would you please try to: * copy the character you have the problem on * DONT assign the character into a campaign * give yourself the item / check the items look? * have you modified the item by any chance with the customize option? * are you using the DNDbeyond importer module in FoundryVTT?
Do you have another magic item that gives access to Hold Monster? That would be why. There's currently a bug where having different magic items that give the same spell will only show the spell on one of the items (the one that's been in inventory longer usually.)
Edit: You mentioned having a Staff of Power, which would be the other magic item with the spell. If you remove the Staff from your Inventory and reload the character sheet, the Wand should have Hold Monster.
I tried some combinations of equipping, unequipping, attuning, and unattuning to the Wand of Binding and Staff of Power a few times, and I think that managed to fix the issue for me. Hold Person and Hold Monster both show up under spells, with only the Wand of Binding equipped and attuned.
naruhoodie's point about having multiple items that grant the spell could be right, though when I ran into the issue with the Wand of Binding, the Staff of Power had never been equipped.

This is definitely a bug currently happening as I can reproduce this with the Staff of Healing since last week monday.

It has to do with the item being in Inventory, whether equipped or not, so if the Staff had been there already then that's the likely cause.
