So, I have multiple versions of this old race I made in every one of my character sheets, and I’ve noticed that i have had so many homebrew races that some won’t load anymore is there anything I can do to get rid of these old creations that are already shared?
Go to My Collections up left > click My Homebrew Creations > go to the filter options > Click races > click the races you want to delete it will open a drop down inbox to the races details and lore > click the highlighted in red delete > done.
If this is a published homebrew race you have to delete the versions you have published that which is highlighted in green text > check that versions date and version that has updated (Or check its version on the edit page of the race on which you have designated it to be. Eg. See the Version upper right corner of the race detailed in the picture below (BEG: 2021) - V4.
Or if not you will have to check the races versions manually as you remembered them to be and delete them, for me to record versions of my races I make a google docs and create my races there with all their lore, ability scores, and unique abilities and such before making them in beyond so I know which version I am using.
I am specifically trying to remove published creations that have already been completed, i cannot figure out how and it is just crowding my character sheets, so is there some way to do that
Ah sadly I don't think you can remove published versions online, but only create new versions that aren't published and delete them specifically or just have them there. So you probably have to make a new version that isn't published. Maybe try removing from collection?

What do you mean by 'in your character sheet'? A character sheet can only have one race, do you mean the builder?

Yes
If you want to remove homebrew options from the character builder, you'll need to remove them from My Collections

how do I deleat a published race?
never mind, I just realized that you click the "create new version" and once you post the new version it will replace the old one.
