is there any chance that non Chronurgy or Graviturgy wizards will ever get access to Dumamacy spells. It seems very odd that all other spells are open to any kind of wizard save theses. No other subclasses, that I am aware of, have a list of spells locked off to them. So I am wondering why these two subclass lock off the spells for other subclasses of wizards? I know the lore but we make more character than the canon lore we deal with.

I have been playing RPG's and especially D&D since 1st ed AD&D and D&D Basic. Since those early years I have played a good number of more popular games. I enjoy playing with groups and DM/GM groups that are from diverse backgrounds. I feel any and everyone brings something special and wonderful to a gaming table. I tend to play more magic users though with 5ed I do have ideas for classes I normally would play. My favorites in the past are Wizards/mage, Rangers and Druids.
RAW, no, non Dunamacy wizards will not get access to Dunamacy spells. Beyond is bound to implement RAW as closely as they can.
Your best immediate option is to use private homebrew, copy those spells, and lift all restrictions. I recommend lifting all restrictions, since if you are going to go through the trouble of homebrewing a copy, you might as well just lift all restrictions mechanically and implement whatever restriction you want in the flavor text. That way, when players encounter the homebrew spell, they will know not to take the spell if they do not have the prerequisites, but they can take the spell if you specifically allow them to. This saves you time from having to homebrew multiple spells with the same name with varying restrictions and clogging up your drop down menus.
If you want Beyond to do something about it, you will have to argue that the book says GMs can allow other PCs to learn Dunamacy spells, and that is technically RAW since optional rules are still rules, so Beyond will probably have get to it eventually. With the rate things are going though, I would not hold my breath on waiting for this feature to be implemented any time soon within the next few years, since they have so much other things to work on that have much higher priority.
Ideally, the best case scenario in terms of implementation would be a toggle that disables spell restrictions like how we have toggles that disable multiclass and feat restrictions.
